I have been described as providing "yoda-style" insights. I work with clients facing marital distress, family crisis, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Apart from my passion for mental health and wellbeing, I have focused much of my 22 years as a Clinical Psychologist in the non-for profit arena building family strengthening initiatives and in the marketplace providing coaching and leadership programs that help people lead themselves to love and lead others well.
